Hydrapak, Inc. produces only the highest quality hydration systems, and we will stand behind our products.

All Hydrapak branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (”Purchaser”) of the product and is not transferable. During the two year warranty period, Hydrapak will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the pack, reservoir, or valve at no additional charge.

Additionally, Hydrapak, Inc. offers a lifetime guaranty against leakage on the drink system portion of our hydration systems, including reservoir, drink tube and bite valve. Please note: for warranty issues involving the bite valve, please send in only the bite valve for replacement, not the entire drink system.

All products considered defective must be mailed into Hydrapak for inspection.
