Hydrapak, Inc. offers a lifetime guaranty against leakage, due to product defects, on our hydration systems, including reservoir, drink tube and bite valve.
Additionally, Hydrapak branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser (”Purchaser”) of the product and is not transferable. During the two year warranty period, Hydrapak will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of a pack at no additional charge.
All products considered defective must be mailed into Hydrapak for inspection.
