Carpe Diem Racing
Carpe Diem Racing is a small tight knit southern based Mountain Bike Team that not only performs well nationally, but team captain Robert Marion own and operates Cycleworks Bike Shop in Mount Airy, NC and is a proud Hydrapak Dealer.
Robert, a 3rd year Pro, had a successful 2009 season, finishing in the top 10 in the US PRO short track series. He is joined by his wife Philicia, a second year pro and solid 24 Hour racer with a win at the 24 Hour Burn Challenge in 2009. Rounding out the team is the young one, Chase Dickens, who at 16, is going into his third year of racing after finishing 2nd in the Men’s Cat 1 Southeastern Regional Championship… AS A 15 Y.O.!
