The Gelbot is pretty simple. You disassemble all the parts to clean it. I love that part I was worried about trying to clean leftover GU out of it. No problem though. It is very easy to clean. I love that it fit into the handheld carrier I already had. It made it easier to run with. The bottle holds 24 oz of water or there is a smaller one that holds 20 oz. I give it a two thumbs up! Hydrapak makes the Gelbot and they have some other really great ways to hydrate yourself as well.
