Family Style RC is an AANHPI-centered movement community dedicated to increasing representation, visibility, and access in sport. Founded as Chicago’s first AANHPI-centered run club, the organization was created to foster the sense of connection and representation often missing in traditional fitness spaces. Inspired by the tradition of dining “family style,” Family Style RC believes everyone deserves a seat at the table and that opportunities are meant to be shared.
Through community runs, social events, volunteer initiatives, wellness programming, and strategic partnerships, Family Style RC creates pathways into movement and helps make fitness more accessible and welcoming.
