HydraPak and Osprey’s Hydration Reservoir Technology
For more than 10 years, HydraPak has worked with Osprey to develop and manufacture hydration solutions that integrate seamlessly with their packs. Together, we developed a hydration platform engineered specifically around how reservoirs fit, carry and perform inside Osprey packs. In the Hydraulics™ 2L and 3L reservoirs, a HydroStatic™ backer plate adds structure to maintain a flatter profile and make a full reservoir easier to load into a hydration sleeve. For the lightweight Hydraulics™ LT 1.5L and 2.5L reservoirs, welded chevron baffles address the same challenge differently—reducing sloshing and controlling reservoir profile without the added weight of a backer plate.
