I bought these to use for my ultramarathon after my first ultra I got very sweet fatigued and needed a way to carry non-sweet carbs. I filled these with mashed potatoes and salt and used top that the lid that opens and closes. It worked perfectly!! Saved my nutrition plan, and I had an extra flask to let my friend use. Would 100% recommend to all runners looking for options to carry carbs that aren’t gels.

The fuel flask 250 is perfect for my 5+ hr training rides, I’m able to carry 2hrs worth of fuel/ gel in each which puts me at 4hrs capacity. Mixing and matching with other fuel gets me to my goal.
They come with two caps, one is a twist lock gel cap and the other is a squeeze valve top. They do exactly what I expect them to do, are easy to clean and easy to carry,
