I now own 4 of these and they work great for my long runs in hot weather. I carry two in a Raide running belt and one in my hand and I can get through a 2hr run easily. The flask can be twisted and bent to maintain stability and comfort while running, as well, I change carrying positions and how I use the hand strap to maintain comfort. My only gripe is that I would prefer the regular cap/bite valve as opposed to the speed cap. I have no need for a hinged cap and it makes the flask a little more bulky and less comfortable to carry.
