Designed exclusively for Maurten's 100 & 160 Hydrogels, it enables easy fueling without compromising pace or focus.
Versatile and ambidextrous, the flask can be carried in either the left or right hand, with or without the thumb loop.
Innovative thumb loop allows you to hold the flask securely in either hand without gripping or squeezing. Soft, neoprene padding provides a comfortable and chafe-free fit.
Sweatproof strap can be adjusted to fit a wide variety of hand sizes, the Velcro style strip ensures strap stays in place while on the run.
Designed for fast filling - flips open for quick refills and snaps closed for leak-proof seal.
Hand strap is removable for cleaning. Flask and cap can be placed in dishwasher and the strap hand washed.

4 stars only because getting the gels out of the pouch isn’t the easiest at a fast pace and the strap is a little abrasive on the back of my hand. Overall this was a great buy and one of my favorite hand held bottles for mid distance runs! Refilling at water fountains is really convenient and I’ve used the pouch to carry ID instead of a gel!

I have smaller hands so am really happy with the 350ml size. The attached gel pouch has proven super useful and the flip top lid really speeds up refills. I use two for longer runs and I’m now drinking way more than I was with rear-mounted hydration options.
My only nitpick is the way the bite valve retains moisture between the rubber itself and the plastic part inside. So even if you take it off the flip lid to air dry, it stays wet and eventually forms mold/mildew. They do come in replacement packs of two, so I stocked up on those as it’s really the only weak point of this otherwise great flask.
