So far so good! The cap doesn’t snap on the way I thought it would, but it works! I’m happy with it so far.

It does what it's supposed to do and stays locked just fine. Highly reccomend for gravel or wet rides.

The muckguard should just come standard with the bottle. You should not need to buy it separately. Common sense isn't so common.
HydraPak3 months agoThank you for the feedback, we appreciate it! Because not everyone rides in dusty or muddy conditions, we do not have these come standard, as not all people will use them.

Tired of drinking and chewing mud while out biking? Does what it is intended to do

The MuckGusrd works well at keeping thins out of the Surge cap nozzle but it does not have the tab on the closing part that was on the Polar Bottle Muck Guards -- which could easily bow opened with a thumb.
