I recently ran the Chicago marathon with this bottle and refilled it multiple times throughout the race. It was easy. The water didn’t get warm despite me holding onto the bottle tightly. It was convenient and most importantly, more sustainable way to run.

This is actually my second time purchasing this flask as I lost the first one after a run. I love how lightweight it is and how much water it holds. Also stays nice and cold even though my hands are hot when running!
